Monaco Risk is inaugurating our new website blog with an auspicious announcement. Today we welcome Bill Frank as our new VP of Professional Services. Bill will be launching a range of cyber risk management services drawing on his deep background and experience in cybersecurity.
Bill has been a leader in information security for over 20 years. His expertise spans technology and business, including threat intelligence/incident response, control technologies, security testing and validation, cloud-native security, risk analysis, and security operations and management. He is a prolific commentator, with frequent articles and posts on emerging trends in cybersecurity (see LinkedIn). In the last decade he has led security projects at Fortune 100 and mid-size companies as a solution provider and virtual CISO. Prior to that he was VP of Product Management and later Sales at a startup, where he led the design of the first Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solution to incorporate stateful user and entity analytics.
Bill holds a BA in economics/finance from the City University of New York and studied information systems at the Stern School of Business at New York University.
